Care Net Pregnancy Center of Dane County is excited to kick off its annual Baby Bottle Campaign on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2026!

Many churches in South Central Wisconsin have already registered to take part in this year’s campaign. If you would like to join this worthy cause, you can register here.

The Baby Bottle Campaign gives churches and families the opportunity to come together to provide life-changing resources for women, babies, and families who are facing unintended pregnancies.

The cash, checks, and coins collected in the bottles between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, will stay right here in South Central Wisconsin. Your gifts will help give women free and confidential medical services, educational programs, and for some, housing at The Elizabeth House maternity home in Madison, and soon, The Elizabeth House in Marshall.

The Elizabeth House meets critical needs for women with unexpected pregnancies and helps each mom develop the skills necessary to break free from a cycle of poverty to build a stable future for herself and her child. Within any given week, there are 10 women on a waiting list for a place in The Elizabeth House.

You minister to women through the Baby Bottle Campaign.

We provide everything you need to run a campaign. All you need are people who want to help women and babies, and a willingness from your church leadership to participate.

If Mother’s Day to Father’s Day does not work for your congregation, you can host your Baby Bottle event at a different time. Just let us know what you would like to do.

If you want to take part, please complete a request form and register your church here.

If you need resources or would like more information about hosting a Baby Bottle Campaign in your church or small group, please email Jodi, jodig@carenetdane.org, or Patricia, patriciam@carenetdane.org, and they would be happy to help you.
