Special Events/ Marketing Coordinator
The Special Events/Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing our mission by planning and executing events that bring people together, inspire generosity, and reflect the passion of our ministry to women and families. You will play a key role in stewarding our donors and supporting our fundraising and community engagement activities. Some nights and weekends required. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, loves to plan and organize and derives joy from completing tasks and engaging with our supporters. Case Manager for The Elizabeth House

House Supervisor Live In – New Maternity home
We are looking for a ministry-minded woman or couple who aligns with our mission and vision to serve as live-in staff in our maternity home. Houseparents must be willing to live on site in an attached apartment. Housing and some meals are free in addition to compensation. Characteristics we are looking for include:
- Model Christian values and lifestyles daily. Encourage moms to pursue personal relationships with Christ.
- Provide a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Assist moms with programming requirements including transportation, problem solving, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and teach life skills
- Ability to love, nurture and equip diverse groups of women and children.
- Commitment to the growth and stability of emotional, physical, financial and spiritual health of women and children.

Overnight Staff for the maternity home
This position provides overnight coverage in our maternity home with designated sleeping hours. You will have an oppourtunity to sleep during the night and will be provided a private room.
Overnight staff serve as a calm, supportive presence, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents while being available to respond to needs or emergencies if they arise.
Are you a relationship person? Do you like working with a diverse population and seeing women gain confidence and become the women and mothers God created them to be? By working one evening a week and/or weekends, you can be a person who encourages and supports the residents who live in the maternity and parenting home. Some responsibilities include:
- Answer door buzzes and allow authorized people in
- Ensure all residents are accounted for by curfew
- Set the security alarm each night.
- Eat dinner with the residents and supervise evening chores one night each week
- Providing conflict resolution if needed to ensure a peaceful and respectful home.
- Respond to overnight emergencies, including: Calling 911 in case of emergent labor; Calling a cab for a sick resident if necessary.
Weeknights are 5:00Pm to 8:30 AM usually – pays $124 per 15.5 hr shift
Weekend shift 5:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday, pays $192 per 24 hour shift.

Care Coordinator
Our Care Coordinator is resigning to care for her new baby! We’re looking for her replacement to begin in February. This position is 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. You’ll be working with pregnant women in need who visit our clinic. You’ll be a voice of support and encouragement, and a link to resources from our clinic or the community. You’ll also be trained to work as an advocate in our clinic, helping women navigate their options. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and record keeping, but also enjoys interacting with people and supporting them in difficult circumstances.
